Eurotech Aluminium Castings has performed various tensile-strength tests with ALSi7Mg0.3 Ductalucast produced through low pressure casting at an automated HWS sand moulding line.

The result was a 30% higher tensile strength than with conventional casting. This is comparable with the results found by Professor John Campbell. He concluded that by preventing aluminium oxide inclusions, the casting strength generally is 30% higher. This is exactly what happens in the Eurotech foundry.
